  • What are your opening hours?

    Taxi van Tilburg is open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

  • How can I book a taxi?

    You have the following options to book a taxi:

  • What payment methods do you accept?

    In addition to cash, you can also pay with a debit/credit card in the taxi. All types of credit cards are accepted.

  • Do you only drive on the meter?

    We never drive above the meter price. We do drive below the meter price, depending on the situation. Ask for possibilities via a quote.

  • What kind of transport can you provide?

    We offer the following services:

  • Do you have certificates or quality marks?

    All taxi drivers in Tilburg are required to have a quality mark*. Our drivers also have such a Tilburg quality mark.

  • How long is the waiting time after I have ordered a taxi?

    The average waiting time is 15 minutes. In case of abnormal weather conditions, public holidays and during peak hours, it may take a little longer.

  • Do I always receive a confirmation after ordering a taxi?

    You will only receive a confirmation email as soon as possible if you have booked a taxi online.

  • Can I drive on account?

    Yes, that's possible. This applies to both individuals and companies. If you want to drive on account, call us on 013 234 0 013 or send an email to info@taxivantilburg.nl

  • Can I book a taxi with a driver who speaks a specific language?

    Yes this is possible. we have trained our drivers in multiple languages, namely English, Dutch, French and German. For other languages we can try to find a driver who speaks a certain language for you. We have to search for this, so order the taxi well in advance.

  • Can I order a representative driver with suit and tie?

    Yes, that's possible. Please indicate this with your order.

  • If I lost something in the taxi, what can I do?

    In that case, send an email to info@taxivantilburg.nl or contact our center by telephone on 013 234 0 013. In most cases, we can easily return your property or you can collect it from the relevant driver or at our office.

  • Can I also call Taxi van Tilburg for a short ride?

    Yes, Taxi van Tilburg does not refuse short journeys. You can also call us for a short ride.

  • Will the driver help me board and/or lift my luggage?

    Yes, every driver helps with boarding and/or luggage.
